At a 1950's kitchen table in a 900 square foot apartment in downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Chad White realized that he was sacrificing creative energy, personal growth, and authentic relationships for profit-focused productivity. Armed with vision, integrity and a hint of rebellion, he and his wife, Keri, decided to reorganize their life and redefine "work" in a way that prioritized artistry and fostered relationships. Chad left his safe but demanding desk job and launched The Eau Claire Design Company. Keri created the branding & marketing between homeschooling and writing songs.
