Chad has been studying and implementing sustainable design practices through the use of alternative building systems and construction types since 2004. He is currently pursuing LEED Certification (Leadership in Energy Efficient Design) and has personally designed and built several energy efficient homes. Chad strongly believes that businesses and individuals are called to utilize their resources and God-given talents for the greater good of their community. He donates a significant amount of time to non-profit projects in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
With 15+ years of experience in Architectural design, Chad has had the pleasure of designing a variety of project types throughout the United States including: custom home design, hotels, medical facilities, multi-family housing, restaurants and bars, community & municipal buildings, schools, churches, convenience stores, retail and office buildings and industrial facilities. Chad also has over 8 years of hands-on construction experience which has benefited his design approach tremendously and has allowed him to be familiar with the intricate details and processes associated with constructing and remodeling buildings. Throughout his career, Chad has taken great pride in delivering creative, attractive and functional architecture for his clients.

Once a design agreement is established, we'll guide you through a series of steps required for the design and construction of new and remodeled spaces, both residential & commercial.
Chad has a particular interest in the tradition of sketching and hand drawing to develop design concepts for his clients. All ECDCo. projects are created using BIM (Building Information Modeling) software to allow for 3D modeling of every project which help to visualize the building configuration, room sizes and furniture layouts.
