THE DESIGN PROCESS
We begin any new project with in-person conversation to make sure we are a good fit for prospective clients.
Once a design agreement is established, we'll guide you through a series of steps required for the design and construction of new and remodeled spaces, both residential & commercial.
We particularly enjoy the tradition of sketching and hand drawing to develop design concepts for our clients. All ECDCo. projects are created using BIM (Building Information Modeling) software to allow for 3D modeling of every project which help to visualize the building configuration, room sizes and furniture layouts.

Schematic Design
Developing floor plans, exterior concepts and 3D views.

Obtain Construction Estimates
We can help collect & review preliminary estimates from potential contractors.

Refine, Design & Finalize
Construction Drawings
Drawings are adjusted and 3D renderings are previewed based on estimates and material selections

Obtain Construction Bids & Permitting
Collect & compare bids from General Contractors and apply for building permits.

Construction
Through site visits and sharing insight, we can ensure the build aligns with design intent & construction industry standards.
