Intentionally set on a park-like oversized lot in Trillium Estates on the south side of Eau Claire is the home of C&M Companies & Sparreaux Boutique. The owners envisioned a space for their multi-faceted team with the vintage look of an old downtown building. What developed was a 4600 square-foot building featuring 2 storefronts that are very different yet complement each other. This wood-framed building utilizes efface, moldings and accents to present its tenants & visitors with old-world charm and a sophisticated, timeless look.​
